Some of our clothing is made to order and can take between 10-14 working days to make and ship.

We use USPS to ship most of our orders and for very large orders we use UPS and Fedex

At Tita’s Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully handled. As a small boutique, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. We are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, damage, or use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:

• Sale or discounted items
• Books
• Gift items
• Personalized or special-order items

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will promptly assist you.
